Farmville Support doesn’t care. Recently I bought many keys for my boost on Farmville and the boost disappeared TWICE back to back before the 24 hours were up. I sent a message to Farmville support and they did not answer, once I wrote a bad review they sent me a message right away. I don’t know if they fixed it but they at least they gave me 1 boost back. Even though my boost disappeared TWICE they just gave me back 1 boost. I did not mind because at least they did something. But it just happened again this Tuesday. I already sent Farmville support many messages about it and have not received one answer. I am very disappointed. I have been playing for many years now and I have spent a lot of money on the app. I at least expect a message back. Honesty I am really thinking about deleting the app. I am not going to continue spending money on keys for my boost if they are going to take it away before the 24 hours.
