I have played so much more of this game on my phone than on PC - it’s like it was made for this format. It’s the type of game that’s perfect for killing a few minutes while you’re in a waiting room, and the progression is really addicting. The retro graphics give it a lot of charm, and I find myself coming back to it constantly. On top of that they made it free? Amazing. The only gripe I have is that if I pause a run, my game will sometimes lose progress if I tab out or switch to another program. I’ve lost quite a few 20+ minute runs because I wanted to answer a quick call, or I had to interact with something other than my phone. It doesn’t happen every time, and sometimes it saves my run for days, but other times I can just have alt-tabbed for a few seconds and it restarts. It’s not enough to cause me to not want to play the game, but it can be frustrating when it happens. At the end of the day, though they gave the game out for free. Without ads. And it has hours of content and progression. So a bug that just makes me play the game a little more isn’t a deal killer by any means.
